Returns and Cancellation Policy

Important Requirements

  • Return/Exchange Window: Open from 48 hours to 10 days after receiving the shipment.
  • Unboxing Video: Record a video while unboxing the package. If there are issues like damage, missing items, or wrong products, submit this video with your return/exchange request.
  • Condition for Returns:
    • Items must be unused with all tags attached.
    • Include original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
    • Product must be free of scratches or deformities.

Mandatory for Damaged/Incorrect/Sizing Issues:

  • Unboxing Video: Required for all issues.
  • Sizing Issues: Provide a video of the product being worn.

Quality Check:

  • Returned items are checked by our quality team.
  • Items failing to meet the requirements will be returned to you at your expense. No refund will be issued.

Additional Policies:

  • Out of Stock: If a product is out of stock, a gift card will be provided.
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift wrapping, sale items, and gift boxes are not returnable.
  • Free Gift:If any must be returned with the main product.
  • Reverse Pickup Unavailable: If our reverse pickup service is not available, you must use a local courier at your expense.
  • One-time Return: Return is allowed only once.
  • Gift Card Orders: No returns or refunds for gift card purchases.
  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free: All three products must be returned to qualify.
  • Partial Returns: For orders with more than two products, the refund amount will be based on the discount applicable to non-returned items.
  • Failed Pickup: If you miss the pickup, you must self-ship the product.
  • Return Requests: Must be made through our website only, not via email, social media, or phone.

How to Return an Order:

  1. Visit Our Website: Go to the "Return" section here.
  2. Fill the Return Request Form:
  • Enter your order number.
  • Provide your email ID/mobile number.
  • Choose the reason for return and select the product.
  • Upload a video/photo according to the chosen reason.
  1. Unpacking Video: Provide a 360-degree unpacking video. Claims with insufficient evidence or tampered packets may be rejected.
  2. Review and Approval: Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. If approved, it will be processed within 7-8 days. Credit note will be issued within 24 hours after approval.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 4-7 days after we receive the product.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Non-eligible Products for Return/Replacement:

  • Products with physical damage.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Custom-made products.
