How to Exchange a Product

  • Request Window: Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Account Login: Log in to your account or create a new one with the same email used for the order.
  • Exchange Option: Select the exchange option, and we will arrange pickup from your doorstep.

Unpacking Video

  • Mandatory Video: Provide a 360-degree unpacking video to process your exchange request.

Shipping Charges

  • Customer Responsibility: If you don't like the product or have issues, you can exchange it, but you must pay the return and new shipping charges.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Eligible Issues: Exchange is allowed only for damaged products, missing items, or incorrect products. Submit these claims with the return/exchange request.

Exchange Value

  • You'll receive a credit note for the returned product's value, which you can use on your next purchase to pay the balance amount.

Other Important Information

  • No Returns/Exchanges on Exchanged Items: You cannot return or exchange an exchanged product.
  • No Discounts: No discounts apply to exchange orders.
